RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS –
Cancellations are only available before your order has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped. If you wish to cancel your order after shipping, please request a refund and resend the items un-opened in their original packaging.
Only un-opened items returned to us in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery are eligible for full refunds. Refunds and replacements are NOT available for opened items.
Before returning your product, you must contact us at (email) so we can process your order.
Upon receiving the item and ensuring that it has not been opened, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to process and appear in your bank account. If your refund is still not processed after this time period, please contact us at (email).
If packages are returned due to a wrong shipping address provided by the customer or an unclaimed case, we can only refund the item price. If you wish for us to re-send the package, you will not receive a refund and you must pay additional costs. To avoid such cases, please make sure your shipping address and contact information are valid and correct.
In the case that you receive a faulty or broken product caused by negligence on our end, please file a claim with us so we can start processing your exchange or refund. Claims should be reported within 14 days of receiving the product. Damages that are caused during delivery or other minor damages on the outer casing of products are not subject to faulty to broken product claims.
In order to file a claim, please provide us with:
o Photos depicting your shipping box and damaged product
o Photos of the shipping label (invoice) attached to the box
o Other photos that prove the damage and that the damage was not inflicted after you received the product
Please note that if valid proof of internal damage caused by our negligence cannot be provided, we cannot proceed with any refunds, exchanges, or compensations.
